I love bags and this is my first attempt at making one from scratch without a pattern. I made this for my friend's birthday last month and she loved it! She's the bunny and I'm the mushroom, embroidered onto sakura shaped patches, and I added the octopus patch cuz I was in the octopi mood after the octopus/squid swap Smiley The patches are embroidered on white felt then appliqued onto the green cotton fabric.  The lining is this cute octopus/sea life flannel print that's super soft and cute, and it has 3 pockets on the inside, but I forgot to get a shot of it. This bag turned out pretty cute and I can't wait to finish the bags I started.
