Thanks everyone for your great comments! 

I'll get the dimensions of the bag as soon as I'm home with an internet connection (grrrrr for faulty modems, yay for public libraries!).  And yes, the circles are felt.

The cat fabric is actually a sheet I got at Goodwill. I really haven't seen a whole lot of Kliban cat stuff--my thinking in buying the sheet was more like "Cats in sneakers!  AWESOME!"

jlbrannon, I'm totally with you on people sometimes being weird when you use cloth bags.  When I try to use them, the cashiers at Food Lion generally look at me like I've grown a second head.  I work in retail, so when people bring in cloth bags it always makes me happy. Smiley
