Thanks guys...I'm just glowing in your love! I thought I should mention that the fabric is that aida (sp?) type and is a kind of silvery grey color...looks white in the photo...which makes the lighter stitches pop in color.

Note to ddiana1979...I used only about a dozen or so colors...dmc basic floss...nuthin' fancy.  Smiley

That is gorgeous!  And amazing for a first cross stitch! Shocked I wish mine looked that good!  And I would say that a lovely simple silver frame would be gorgeous for framing that piece of art!
