This is my new genius idea-- lots of initial necklaces out there, and I thought it would be amazingly great to make an initial necklace featuring an image of the  American Sign Language sign for your first initial. My name is Nicole, so the N pendant is the one I wear around. The imgaes of the signs are from an informational sheet that deaf/mute people sell to raise money-- I bought mine in San Francisco a couple of years ago. The sheet is highly photocopied, giving it a really noisy image-- which I love, and decided to keep for the most part.

OMG, those are amazing! I learned ASL several years ago, so it's neat for me to see those images on a necklace.  Smiley

I love it. You know the deaf schools (at least my local one) have bazzars and you could so sell those there. they would go fast, so you would want to stock up. Cheesy they're great though.

Sweet!  I've been signing almost as long as i've been talking, so I'm definitely in love. Too bad my name doesn't start with y, or a p, or a v.... I love those.
Also, I love the resin look. Scared to make anything with it, though. sure i'd muck it up somehow.
Oh yeah, my name is Nicole too. :.)
