These are one of my favors now.
All you need is:
1 can of small or large biscuits
1 can of cherry pie filling (you will have extra lefted over)
icing for the top

press the biscuits out like this:

add filling to each biscuit (I put two or three cherries in each biscuits)

pull the biscuits over to the other side like this, then put them in the oven for 10-15 or until brown on 400*

after the biscuits are done have some melted icing ready to put of them after then come out of the oven. I pull the biscuits out and pop the icing in the microwave for about 10 seconds then I'm ready.

And they are ready to eat, YUMMY!

This would be great for entertaining. For under $5 and 15 minutes, my friends would think I'm some sort of pastry chef. THANK YOU!!

your welcome! I'm going to try apple filling next time. You can play around with whatever filling you like best, I just started out with the cherry because that's all I had at the time. I hope you all enjoy this quick easy and yummy treat! Grin

I never thought to use biscuits. I normally don't do the turnover thing, because I'm not fond of the pastry dough. I think flaky biscuits might be good, especially the cinnamon ones stuffed with apple filling.
