I received today from goatgoddess!  I actually said "oh wow" out loud when I pulled this out of the envelope and unfolded it:

It's a matzah cover with pomegranates with a warm, naturalistic style and rich, harmonious colors, really lovely.  Closeup of the motif:

Detail of the decorative edge (looks like machine stitching):

And supplies:

Shiny rayon floss in bright, rich colors, with funky flower designs included; herb transfer pattern; an evenweave bread cover that I can do blackwork or Swedish weaving on; and a transfer pen (who doesn't need more of those?).  I often find Aunt Martha's patterns too cutesy for me, but the herbs are really elegant.  Thanks, goatgoddess, for a good first swap experience!

Kitten Wrangler hasn't been able to post the package she got a couple of days ago yet. Here is a group photo of what I sent. The main project was my first bag and my first use of a sewing machine. The cross stitch is an image from her wist converted on Dark Lilac's site.

Oscar is awesome!  And I want to see what KittenWrangler stitches up for these skeletal hand designs.

Wow...everything is looking so great!  Smiley  I love the stitch counter bracelet too.  I've never seen one of those before, it's getting wisted for sure. Smiley

hi everyone!

i know there are some issues with the feedback for this swap, and i'm sorry! we're not sure what caused the duplicates, and sweets4ever is looking into it. unfortunately, i can't delete the dupes until we figure it out, because she needs to be able to see the problem!

so i'm going to ask you guys to be patient a bit longer, until we can figure out what the glitch was. if you're at your swap limit, and the extra in progress is holding you up from joining another, PLEASE have the organizer of the new swap contact me.

thanks you guys! i'm so in lust over everything you've made for this swap! i'm kinda regretting not joining!

Amazing!  Smiley Love the pomegranate matzah cover so very much I would love to have the pattern. The detailing, and colors are so perfect for my home. It would also make for a wonderful Challah cover to use on Succos as well.

Rockin'!!!
