Sooo...a fellow cook/friend of mine told me about something she made the other night. And I had to try it!

Get some foil, about 5 inches by 6, and place the cute radish in the middle. You'll want to take a tiny slice from the top and the bottom. Add about two teaspoons of olive oil (any kind) and salt and pepper to your taste. Wrap up all the sides of foil to make sure the radish is safely secure.
Then place it in a preheated oven of about 350 F for about an hour.

It'll loose its vibrant red color and it's harsh taste and become a light pink and palatable taste.

I like it! It can be a sort of condiment or easy and healthy snack. I'll add pics later.

I decided to search radishes for no reason as I sit here and eat a giant bowl of them. I'm so glad I did because this recipe sounds amazing! I think I'll try it tonight!
