A while ago I posted a question in another forum about watercolors on canvas board. I was worried, but nothing bad happened. Here's the finished work:

Looking for poly-clay earrings: one bacon, one fried egg. Also, a mishmash of red/orange/gold bracelets--beaded, braided, bangles, whatever! If you have the supplies, let's talk! (Please?) I'll swap all kinds of things in return!

I really respond to this painting, wow! I feel like I'm watching something I shouldn't, like I'm in a stranger's house at night or something. I wouldn't worry about the watercolor on canvas, it's safe for longevity. I think maybe people just generally prefer the absorbing ness of paper, but whatever works for you, right? Great job!

You guys are so awesome: thanks for your sweet sweet comments. <3

PetitMer, I think that might be the best/most specific comment/review/critique I've ever gotten. I really appreciate it.

i love paintings.
and about the canvas board... I could be wrong but when i use to do watercolors my grandma use to tell me that they made a special type of canvas board for them... that will act like paper but not?... maybe that would be of help to you they prolly have it at a regualar craft store that carries normal canvas.

but if not regular canvas boards hold up because i use to do it to =P

its very cute great job
