LOVE this. so cute and I have been wanting to try my hand at making this and needle felt book. Not sure what I want to put on the top for a pic probably a strawberry.

QUESTION: I wanted to ask anyone and maybe everyone Smiley what they find the best way to cut felt. I have so much trouble getting the edges clean looking, especially for a circle. Does a rotary cutter work best and even for a circle.

monkey thumb: love your sock monkey needle book and tape measure cover! great job! what others did you do?

i was thinking of a felt fruits and veggie needle book series, a strawberry would be so cute! you could use seed beads for the seeds.

i just use scissors and cut and re-cut until i get the shape i want.
to see my other stuff you can look at my profile under "messages started" and they are all there. also in my flickr account, the link is in this message.
