ooh i love it! i've seen that pattern before and have considered trying it...btw the baby is adorable w/ the butt thing, my daughter used to sleep the same way!! lol

Your blanket is lovely.  I've always liked that pattern.  Your son looks like a little angel sleeping (don't they always)!  My grandson sleeps that same way and so did my daughter.  Cute!

WOW! love it!!! worth the effort i'd say! Is it from a pattern? if so which one? and what yarn did you use?  Grin

thanks! the pattern is from the Leisure Arts "Our Best Baby Afghans" book, i got it on amazon.  I can't remeber what the yarn was.  Just a basic baby soft sport wieght from zellers.

I have that same book and have been eyeing the pattern.  I think I'll put it off some more.  Yours is really beautiful though.  White really is the perfect color for this blanket.  I think certain colors might get lost in translation a bit. 

I love it.
