I hope you don't mind if I post here to see how our "swap cousins" are doing.  Cheesy

We're still sort of tweaking things (which is why I kept it small for the first round), and have decided to do two sort of mass sends as opposed to a send every two weeks.

I can't wait to see our galleries! I love art incorporating old photos.

Shocked I was looking at this yesterday, and it's already closed!! Sounds such a great idea!  Oh, well I was really too busy anyway (sour grapes...) Hope there is a third round!...

Have fun, looking forward to seeing your gallery!

I am seriously open to whatever the creator would like to do, thick, thin, square, rectangle, colors.  Just whatever.  I will probably bind mine into a book somehow.  Either coptic stitch or those little round ring thingies.  OR MAYBE!!! this could be my excuse, er um, reason to by a Bind-it-all!

This weekend I'm going to look through the big old box of pictures for the perfect one. Or are some people sending more than one? It might be fun to send a different relative to each person. Would people prefer a choice of relatives?

As for thickness, I'm open to whatever anyone else wants to do. I think I might just shadow box the whole shebang when it is done.

I bought these in preparation for this swap.

I was on the ephemera hunt today and we stopped by this bookstore that is only open Saturdays. I got like 30 vintage postcards for nine dollars. I thought it sounded pretty good to me. Although upon inspection the were all postmarked between 1907-1919. I don't think I have the heart to dismantle them. Sad But I thought it was good enough to share! Maybe I am just a dork and got overly excited.
