So ive been on a diet for a while now (lost 3 stone since january) and im kinda missing food as a result ive started finding myself obsessing about felt food.  heres a donut i made yesterday

calorie free which is the best kind of donut

also I saw some toast on this site so followed the link  http://aiwa-9.deviantart.com/art/plush-toast-keychain-tutorial-64057573  and found myself at a wonderful tutorial so heres my version of toast complete with butter

again no calories so can be enjoyed without the guilt trip

Way to turn your craving for food into something non-edible (not to mention adorable...) to help out your weight loss goal - sounds like you're doing great so far! Cheesy

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

A 42-pound salute from America!

Any diet secrets? (Beside delightful embroidery?)

im kinda cheating when it comes to dieting by going on a food replacement diet called the cambridge diet.  its really good and you see results quickly and they go into the psychological reasons behind overeating so you can tackle your other problems as well as your weight issues.  its really helped me as has crochet and making things cause that helps preoccupy me instead of eating

Very cute!  (And whatever that rainbow crocheted thing in the background is, I like it!)

Good luck with the diet  Smiley  I just started one myself yesterday - so far so good, but I may too find myself crafting food items pretty soon!
