endlessly_intricate I love the color you chose for yours -- very original and pretty!

serendipity_sarah, your scarf is beautiful, and it looks so soft!

So pretty!  I love it in fuchsia!  Very nice pics, too.

BTW, this is the project I've picked to take traveling with me later this month, so hopefully in Sept I'll have something to post here!  Cheesy  (I'll be making it for my DD, but I haven't picked the color yet -- I'll let inspiration strike in the yarn section of the fabric store, lol.)  Thank you for sharing this, pinkleo.  You've really started something lovely!

Perfect pattern for Dragon*Con (a scifi/fantasy convention in ATL)!  I packed this puppy in my purse and crochet happily through roughly four panels: Corseting I & II, Casting Your Clone, and the screening of "20 Years Later."  So, I'll say it took me 4.5/5 hours, all told.

So, but, how perfect, right?  Luna scarf at sci-fi convention?
Meh, I have to be pleased with myself to make up for how clever everyone else does NOT think I am.

Excellent pattern.  383 seemed like the perfect cast-on amount to me!
Thank you!

I made this shortly after the pattern was posted. Perfect pattern and excellent interpretation! It's wonderful that you were able to figure it out and so generous of you to share with all of us. It's so beautiful I know I will make many more!

pinkleo, I can't thank you enough for sharing this pattern with us! I have crocheted a gazillion things but never found any scarf pattern that appealed to me, since I saw your take on this one, even though I'm no HP fan. it was really fun to make and I'm really pleased with the results.

I didn't want it to be too wide so I changed some things... instead of 3 rows of shells it has just one, also the middle section is just one row of (dc, ch1, dc), and the border is just a picot round with noprevious sc round. oh, and it used less than a 6oz skein of caron simply soft brites! in rose violet

I'm making a second one as a present for a good friend's brithday next month

action shot!

thanks again!!

This is an amazingly awesome pattern...and it's the first pattern i've ever been comfortable trying, so this is my first official project! I'm quite excited!

However, picots scare me. I'm trying to do them...but I just wanted to tell you how awesome the pattern is! Thank you so much!
