I made these out of tissue paper, wood craft sticks, L.E.D. tea lights, glue, thread and embroidery floss. I made two different sets with different color schemes.
The first picture is blues and greens but with the lights they seem to change to all blues or all greens.
So the things I bought at the dollar store where:
Wood craft sticks - 2 packs $2
Tissue paper - 1 pack $1
Led color changing lights - 5 = $5
Total = $8

green and blue with L.E.D. lights off
the pink and red ones with out lights (I could not afford lights for both but I can move the lights around) I like how these match our living room...
