Hey guys, it's about the right time of year for this, no?? Anyone want to join me in making the Hallowig? I casted on last night and have about 4 inches finished. I'm hoping to have it done this weekend. Any takers?

I love that!

I've got loads of pink wool that would look great but I can't help thinking it would be a waste 'cause my hair's pink already!

Ha ha babyjeebus!

I almost tried one this year for my daughter's Ariel costume so she could have red hair, but opted for the red hair spray instead for ease.  But she's keeping the outfit for dress-up, so I might want to eventually make one for that purpose.

I'd have to kool-aid dye some wool first, and then scale it down for a child, but it would be a fun project!

I love the Hallowig!  Just finished one and sent it to a friend who is going through chemo and losing her hair.  Will post a pic when she sends me one.
