This is my pirate shirt. I saw the fabric and realised I had to sew a pirate shirt.
It's here shown with sweat pants, but I usually wear it with my gorgeous black tulle skirt, thus I become the pirate-princess.




(umm, I should probably clean my mirror...)

Oy! Absolutley fantastic, I love how you have the pirate ship on the side. Lovely! I can see how especially fantastic it would look with a black tule skirt. :3

Awesome.

I've been looking for that exact fabric for months (for a similarly piratey shirt), but I've only been able to find stripes bright red enough and wide enough on halloween costumey material that won't hold up to day-to-day wear and awning material that would be as uncomfortable as hell to wear.

NoPopNoStyle, this fabric is just awsome. It's pretty thick, not to strechy and really soft and comfortable. I baought it a long time a go, but they had it in white/green too. Maybe I should go back and buy some to make me a crazy leprechaun-princess outfit...

I actually saw a fabric quite similar tot hat today when I was looking for valentines fabric...I passed it by but now I might just go back and get it...u can be a pirate....I'll be a striped mint!!

i love it...the ship at the bottom was a great finishing touch....

Exactly what I'm looking for. I'd ask if you remember where you got it, but it's not like I can just pop over to Sweden to pick some up. Any idea who makes it? JoAnn's never seems to have anything like it in stock, and it's the only brick-and-mortar fabric store I know about 'round here.

I hava no idea, but if I pop by that store in the near future I'll ask them. But it's probably a longshot, since it was like six month or so I was there last time, so I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
