i was wondering if anyone has this book, Crochet by the editors of the ladies home journal... in that book is a pattern of a little boy covered in what looks like a red & purple  pillow... anyways i was wondering if anyone had the book if someone would share the pattern form the things on that page because i can't find my copy & need to make it for a friend...  i will hate to waste the material i bought for it  & has to be done by end of may.... i would be very very grateful is anyone can help.... thanks for looking...

I wonder if these projects actually appeared in Ladies Home Journal.  I have a whole bunch of vintage LHJ's from that era and could look through them if you think it would help.  Then I could just mail you the actual pattern, and no one would have to worry about copyright.
