At work today I laminated some strips of 8mm film for a guy.  He said he was going to make them into bracelets.
I thought this was a great idea.
He said he got a ton of the film at a thrift store for real cheap.
It would also be great to do this with old home movies that were too scratched up to watch or had parts ruined.

kick ass idea- belts too and straps for purses or a purse itself with laminated film sewn together.....

so you laminate in your job.....it sounds cool.

yeah, I work at a certain well-known copy shop...
it does have its good points, I get some great craft ideas from people who come in and also I get access to materials and machines that have crafty potential!

Wow, that's a great idea! All I need is to find some old film! Heh, I've been digital for WAY too long.
