I agree, they are very pretty.  It looks like you used glass paints to create them.  Is that true?  And can you wash them?

Oh, those are lovely! I love the colors - especially the one that just has the stripes going all the way across the plate. Those should make your Easter really really beautiful! I'm also interested in how you made these. Please share!! ^_^
