I spent 7 hours on this thing. Mainly because EVERYTHING is freehand cut out and stuck together through the wonders of water makes it all stick together. Smiley

It's for my boyfriend's BFF's birthday on Saturday. The bottom two layers are one chocolate, one french vanilla with butter cream in between. The top two layers are one chocolate, one friend vanilla with raspberry preserves in between. Should be tasty. First time with Fondant. It's like playdoh! Smiley

Now with more pictures...

I'm gonna ruin this pretty cake... but first I need to drink some little penguin shiraz...

Next comes Marzipan...

Bubs...

Homestar Runner

The King of Town

Strong Sad

Homesar - without the writing on his shirt, I know, it's nuts... but those are lowercase letters, ya know? I've been drinkin' little penguin and doin this for 6+ hrs at this point...

Eh! Steve!

The Cheat

Strongbad

I apparently didn't take a picture of PomPom on the cake, but here he is without a face and napping on some tinfoil..

Insert Burnination Here... Beware, Thatched Roof Cottage Dwellers!

Whatcha think?

TROGDOR! That is Amazing!  I think you need to exactly duplicate it in felt for a freaking awesome pillow. Seriously, my kids (all grown up, but still my babies) would love this!
Nice job!

I need to find the picture I took of The Cheat on the cake. I'm really proud of that little guy.

Also, I did "Eh! Steve!"... kinda obscure, but still.

There's not much in this world that can't be improved by either chocolate, bacon or glitter.
