Hi

I was wondering if anyone subscribes to Burda Mode magazine? I'm thinking of subscribing, but noted on the site (isubscribe.com.au) that the delivery method was by sea freight  - how long does it take to receive each issue? Or do you subscribe straight from the Burda Mode website (and how much does it cost from there)?

Also, what issue are you up to? I just bought 1/2008 at the newsagent.

Thanks for your help.

Paula

I have been wanting to subscribe to this mag for ages! You can subscribe on their website but it is very expensive.
Where did you find your magazine?
I have looked in every newsagent and have never seen it.

I found it in my newsagent here in Penrith. They had a few copies of the first issue for the year. You can also subscribe here: http://www.isubscribe.com.au/title_info.cfm?prodID=7645 . But it says that it is delivered by sea freight, which makes me think that it will take a while for it to be delivered. And you only save about $1 per issue, so I might keep checking my newsagent to see if they keep on getting it in.

Its always been in my locals as well. Usually only 2 copies though. The blacktown library carries them as well have you tried yours?

My local library is so huge you'd think they'd have it but the magazine section is quite pitiful....Sad
Any idea which newsagent? If it's a chain I might have more luck finding one.....

Umm, I think it's a newspower, but I'm going up there either tomorrow or Wednesday, so I will double check.

Looks like I will have to check out Blacktown library to have a look at the old issues!

Nothing new this week Sad Except for a few new knitting magazines which I don't buy anyway.

The news agency is called SupaNews. Hope this helps you find it!

Thanks for that!
I checked out their website which is pretty blah and doesn't have their locations on it.....I guess the hunt begins again!

keep asking at the library - if they have requests for a book or magazine they will look into getting it for you.
