Quite a few people have asked me about learning to tat, so I'm starting a post to link to in my sig Wink

If anyone else wants to list resources in this thread, or ask questions, go for it!

First of all, http://etatters.ning.com is a great resource - you maybe able to find a local tatting teacher, which is always the best way to learn!

For shuttle tatting:
http://www.gagechek.com/slb/ > click on 'tatting demo' and choose high-speed or dialup
http://www.bellaonline.com/subjects/3888.asp - BellaOnline site run by Beverly Elrod - some great tutorials there

For Both:

http://www.angelfire.com/planet/newtatters/

For needle tatting:
http://hhtatting.com - Barbara Foster's site has some photo tutorials, plus her book is wonderful. It's what I learned from.
http://www.bellaonline.com/subjects/3889.asp Beverly's links for needle tatting tutorials

I have a site with some free patterns I've designed: http://tatmom.com

Viva la Tatting Revolution!  Grin

This is great!

I already know how to needle tat, but I've always wanted to learn to use a shuttle.
