hi all..tq for all the great tutorials here..you guys are awesome!

i made this bag before i found the wonderful world of Craftster, so simply created this in my head, drew a chicken scratch drawing and showed it to my husband =)

he then drew the pattern for me on newspaper..here's the finished bag





the closing is simply a loop over the botton.. the flower is made out of yoyo and a button..

the finishing is a little messy since it's my first time on a sewing machine after 10 years! i used ikea fabric..the bag is pleated also..

for the next bag i'll probably go slow and follow other ppl's tutorial =)
