Quick question.

Is it better to bind the book first and then do your pages? Or do the pages first, let them dry, and then bind?

I'm making my mom a book for mother's day!

Thanks all for the lovely comments Smiley  It really warms my heart to see them!

Perhaps I can pluck up the courage to make a book and try to get it published (since I'm just another unemployed bio-geek, I've got nothing better to do right now).

Definitely make the pages first!!  You'd be surprised at how easy it is to make mistakes even when there's a pencil sketch lying underneath.

Wow!  What a marvelous job you made of this book.  It is beautiful and you must be very proud.  How lucky the other person is to receive it.  Good work!  And yes, proceed forthwith to get a book like this published!
