I'm looking for ideas on what to do with old markers

I've just got TONS of old, dried out markers, what on earth can I make with these?  A box?  A purse?  With a glue gun?  or by weaving then together with twine/yarn?

Any and all ideas are welcome!

Hot glue them around an old container and have a cute pencil/pen holder or a waterproof container for a vase.

If you have a LOT of them, you could empty them (take out the insides) and set them up around a flower border like a little fence.  Or you could use them to mark out what's growing where in a veggie garden.

For short stubby markers, remove the guts and glue the markers over short pegs/dowels to make a hanger for coats and purses.  You can also use the tubes to make decorative handles for wooden spoons, crochet hooks, etc, depending on size.

Cut into small cylinders, space them with some chunky beads, and make a 1970's style door curtain.
