That is so fantastic and spring-y! The colors are great, and you must have some serious patience-- it exploded twice?? Well it's beautiful, and I love how you did all the flowers!  Cheesy Might have to try one too!

It's wonderful, and I love the colors you chose! I can't believe the ribbon roll exploded twice. That's what happens every time we load new string on our weed whacker.

I really like this, a tutorial would be great. I would love to know how to make the vase and flowers myself. Great work!

ok here is  a tute for the flowers

you need the big pattern three times, the small one twice and the roll for the middle once.
you have to cut all the black lines

then you fold the leaves together and tape them.
glue all the leaves together.
then you have to glue the outsides of the roll.
cut small stripes and roll it up.
glue it on the flower, and then its finished.

the other flower is from this tute
http://blog.craftzine.com/archive/2007/07/sticky_note_origami_flower.html

the vase is simple,
you roll the ribbon as big as you want it to be, when you want another color just take the new color and roll it between a small piece of the old color and roll on.
when the shape is big enough you start shaping it with your hands...but this is the tricky part.
when it goes wrong..you have to start all over again.
you can also make asymmetric shapes etc.....
then varnish the whole thing, and its finished.
good luck
