My picture frame is almost done. It's kinda out there though. In a good sort of way. I still need to take a bunch more pictures, but I"m getting there.

I'm all done with pictures and will be working on my frame this weekend. I should be studying for finals but I have some wicked senioritis and I just can't force myself to read any more papers about the structure of membrane proteins!

I took a picture of some train tracks yesterday that were near a road, so I was all hunched down in the middle of the tracks....after I took the picture I turned around and three cars had stopped and were blocking traffic to make sure I was okay. Oops! Next time I'll have to wear a sign or something, haha.

Yeah, I turned around and was like...ummm, just taking a picture...sorry! I felt bad. But, hey, at least it proves that there are caring people in the world, right?

It means you live in a fairly decent place! When I lived in Phoenix if you got in a car accident or your car broke down NO ONE STOPPED. When I moved here to Eugene, Oregon I was almost in shock when people walking down the street said Hello to you - like 95% of people greet you. It is still a bit weird even, but lovely!

I was going to make this awesome frame from some old barn wood, but when I went to the old barn I knew, it was gone! and now it's so close to the time to send that I think I'm going to have to just go buy one... too bad though, that wood was awesome!
