PT to FT job for Orlando artist/crafter

Hello! I am a designer for a R&D house that works for the craft company Sulyn Industries in Coral Springs. I am going on preggo leave in a few months and we are looking to get a designer in house to help while I am out and stay on once I return. We are looking for someone with general craft skills but most importantly, good Illustrator and Photoshop skills in a MAC setting. I know this is alot to look for but this is a pretty laid back company and I enjoy working here. Here is the Craigslist ad we posted:
part time with full time potential. You will be designing packaging for mass retail and designing finished projects for national retailers in-store displays.
Must have VERY strong drawing skills as well as graphic drawing skills, extensive knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop a must. You will see your work in national retailers. We are a 15 year old product development / design studio with products in retailers all over the world. Please submit links to your work or on-line portfolio. This is a great job for a student or mom who wants to work while the kids are at school. Scrapbooking, painting and jewelry making experience is a real plus.
