Jelly Roll Strip Quilt- Done!

I just pulled this off the frame yesterday.  It is a strip quilt made from a moda jelly roll and I quilted it for a woman in my guild.  She didn't like the top at all but I think she'll love it now that it is quilted.  I didn't think I'd be able to work on it until next week so she'll be surprised when I get it back to her on Thursday!

Oh the quilting really adds that extra "oomph"!! Beautifully done!

I agree, the quilting really makes that quilt! 

Ok, tell me how you appreach the quilting.  Is it all free hand? Do you 'see' the finished project before you start?
