My sister was going to a party where she wanted a miniature top hat. So I took a pattern from Gosu Rori and used that. She was pretty happy so I am too  Cheesy
Made from some scrap broadcloth, interfacing, and those hair combs that aren't for combing. Forgive the bad quality images, I don't have a camera on me~ =w=; click on thumbnails for bigger picture.

The hat.

The comb thingy (it looks wonkitated here, but it folds out so the hat sits nicely on your head when you put the comb in).

On Gloomy Bear, it's giant. But the hat's meant for humans.


Ah the joys of gloomy bear.
