Alright. So I'm going downtown tomorrow with a few friends and just checked the weather online. It's too cold for a thin hoodie but too warm for my winter jacket. Solution? Well I looked in our closet to see if I could find an old (not ugly!) spring coat to wear, and I found this.

My brother's football jacket from fourth grade. I love it, but the biggest issue is it makes me feel like a giant marshmellow, and it's a little too much blue. I felt like simply taking in the sides would make it look odd...  Any ideas? Smiley

From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

Take it in, and put something on the bottom of it. I think that would be nice.  Undecided

I have no idea how to change it,
but i have the same jacket only without the words
and logo. But mines only as thin as a windbreaker.

Removing the striped band at the bottom will help with the 'marshmellow' effect.  Put a bow or peplum treatment?

Take the band off the bottom and take the sides in around the bust, and turn it in to a cute a line jacket? Wink

I think you should shorten it to make it a cute cropped jacket. You could even shorten the sleeves and make them a bit puffy.
