Oh, that's absolutely beautiful!  I've made a couple of needlebooks...but I never thought about adding pockets.  If you don't mind I'd love to copy your idea about the pockets and stitch marker holders....maybe I'd use my needlebook more if it had pockets?  I'm notorious for sticking needles into the arm of the couch. Tongue  What great inpiration! Smiley

By all means! I'm certainly not the first person to think of the pockets, so I can't take credit. If you do a search for "needlebook" on Flickr you'll find lots of neat ideas for pockets. Some are pouches with button closures, some are sized just right to hold embroidery floss, and so on. Mine was made specifically for the tools I use most frequently for Amigurumi, but I plan to make another specifically tailored to embroidery, and another tailored to knitting, and ... Wink Have fun!

(BTW, I later added a chain made the same way as the ties, and it attached to the scissors and their pocket, because they kept falling out of the book. Tongue)

Beautiful needlebook.  I love all the details esp the way you made the little pockets and stitches to hold the thingies (forgot the name).  Lovely needlework.
