prom dresses from t-shirts? how dare I!

I didn't go to prom, so I get to live vicariously through my dresses, haha.

I really did a number on this Misfits t-shirt.  But that's the fun of it. 
It has a ruched v-neck cut, with some corset lacing across the front and a striped skirt!  Looks a little funny on me because it's 2-3 sizes too big.   

I found this cool Nightmare Before Christmas top, it was kind of an all-over print with spiderwebs, so I just sort of used it like it was fabric.  The skirt is panels of the t-shirt interspersed with black spiderweb mesh over white knit.  The bodice is some snazzy d-ring tape and corset lacing, and more of the spiderweb mesh at the bust.  This one's got a built-in petticoat with purple tulle!

This is my favorite.  I can't get enough of these black on black prints.  So the side laces up, and then the skirt is three ruffly layers- fishnet, lace, and mesh. 

The consensus seems to be that this is everyone's favorite.  It's the first one I came up with in the old noggin' when I was thinking these up.  Can't go wrong with zebra print, I guess.  This one also has the built-in petticoat, but in all white.

I dropped out of highschool befor prom so i never had one  Yay me im back in school but anyway i love these expecialy the second one that would have to be my favorite and i like the fishnet lace and mesh on top of each other.
