A necklace would be cool or some windchimes or a mobile.  You may need crimp beads to finish off your your work guitar strings have the tuffness/unknotableness as Beadalon.

Do you mean strings? Like the things you pluck? haha
If you do, I've made some neat bracelets out of those things. You have to include a guitar pick on the braclet, or it won't be cool. lol jp

ahha, strings. ive done a couple cool things with strings, bracelets beign one of them. the other thing ive done is strung them with beads, make random kinks, strung fun string between a couple of these and hang them on top my curtains. now i don open my curtains so this works for me, and jazzes up my bare curtians. i dunno its kinda funky.

I always make bracelets Smiley just twisty them up, sometimes they'll hold themselves, other times, you had to add a bead or something to keep it in shape!

i have a bunch of guitar strings from my boyfriend that i've been wanting to make jewelry out of..

i tried making a braclet and using a crimp bead to hold the ends together but the little buggers didn't hold it together for more than a week  Sad

ive heard of the idea of putting it through the small bead-like thing on the end but it doesnt seem like it would look very..  professional? looking.. you know?

oh well..

i've made a ring out of an old guitar string
if you twist it together and bend it a bit, it shouldn't come apart. and make sure to twist in the end- cuz their pointy and can kinda hurt.
