Hi! You can join, i didn't mean to exclude non-US folk.   Just be aware that you may need to send something to the US or some other country than your own!

And yes, I say join now.  As long as you are here 1 month before the end of sign ups, i dont see the problem.  I've been checking everyone as they sign up and just making sure they will be a member for one month as of Feb. 16.
