What a fantastic idea. I love them. I can't wait to see your hair. Do the buttons hurt? I hate buttonholes. I wonder if velcro would work, or if it would get all stuck in my hair. I think I will have to make me a set of these.

Velcro near MY hair (very fine) would be a disaster in the making!

Awesome, indeed! I remember when I was little and we'd have someplace fancy to go my mother would always give me rag curls the night before...this just takes them to a whole nother level!

...and has anyone ever told you that you sort of look like Maggie Gyllenhaal?  Wink

I hit This Rocks, bc I think this is going to be a total lifesaver for my hair. I have long curly hair, but no time to deal with it. Plus, after years of over dying and over heating I've totally ruined my curls when i want it to be natural. This is great . I'm going to make some tonight..... instead of the throw pillows for my couch...... maybe both.... Smiley

All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares.

These turned out so well! I love how cute they look in and the results. I have a bunch of superfine hair too and the sponge rollers always manage to hop out of my hair at night...leave one VERY straight chunk in the middle of curls.

Great job!

You could spray them with a light spritz of hair spray to help hold the curl after taking them out no?   If yu haven't used product.
