Wheee! I found my camera batteries, so I can finally post pics of my lovely angel package from Waterbaby!
She focused on my love of Mythology for the swap, and really came up with some fantastic crafts.

Everything was packed in this awesome box. She totally refinished the box (including the inside, which you'll see in the moment) and made the plaque on the top out of polymer clay. I seriously wouldn't have guessed that; she got the look of woodgrain just right. And the pegasus stamp on the top just makes it. Smiley

The inside is all lined and plushy. (The items were padded for shipping. I just opened it all up and put it back in the box for the photo.) I lurve it. I'm going to put all my most-often-worn jewelry in it instead of keeping it in my huge jewelry box in the bathroom.

The goodies inside:

A wee angel bottle. It's so cute! Polymer clay again, she's a whiz at that stuff! I'm putting my son's baby teeth inside it, along with some bits and bobs to make a proper memory bottle.

She carved me a stamp! I was upset at having used one of my carving blocks on the original swap, but this more than makes up for it. It's a faun! I love fauns! My husband once dressed as a faun! Could I have more exclamation points in here? Why, yes I could!!! Grin

My favorite-- a domino tile necklace. The illustration was hand-colored and she added micro beads to the top and bottom. Tons of work went into this (and everything else)! I love this; I wore it to dance class last week and got TONS of compliments.

Waterbaby, you're the best! Thank you for such a great swap package!

Wow, that's an amazing angel you got there!  I was shocked to read that it was polymer clay and not wood at the top, I thought that the pegasus was wood burned!  Everything is lovely.  That necklace is so pretty and the stamp, I think that might be my favorite thing.  The carving is flawless, she's got a lot of talent!
