That is reallly cute. No lie.

I know Waldorf are a group of special schools and I know about the Waldorf doll, but is there a whole list of "Waldorf" stuff??? If so, where can I find these awesome patterns???  Cheesy

That's really cute.  Did you use a pattern or think it up by yourself?  Was it very hard to make?

I modified the pattern shown here: http://www.users.bigpond.com/cely/christmas_crown_pattern.pdf and it was pretty simple even though I was changing things as I went along  Cheesy

I don't know a ton about Waldorf education, because I don't have any children yet, but my understanding is that they are very encouraging of hand crafts and selling them and such. Do a search on Google or Etsy for that matter for Waldorf toys or crafts and *TONS* of fun, inspiring things will pop up!

You're right - very stiff interfacing to hold up as well as the wool felt - as you'll see by the PDF, the original is entirely wool felt.

Thanks for the nice comments everybody! I really enjoyed making this - I'm definitely going to keep this pattern in my back pocket for a quick gift!
