These are gluten free cheese danish...some with raspberries. They turned out to be really yummy!
I  converted an old recipe of mine to be gluten free....but it can be made with regular flour too.
I posted the recipe on my blog if anyone wants to try it.

I just added frozen berries on top of the cheese filling. I didn't make apricot this time. I guess the cheese filling that got scorched looks like fruit.

I have made apricot ones in past years by just stewing dried apricots in water with honey and butter until they got soft. Then I pureed them and used as the filling instead of the sweetened cheese filling.
I think it was about 2 cups dried apricots, 1/3 c water, 2 TBSP butter and 1/4 to 1/3 cup honey.
I have also made nut fillings, and chocolate  Grin
Those are yummy too, but my family like the cheese ones best.
