This is the second quilt that I have ever made and I am learning so much along the way. I really like how quickly this one came along. I put it together for a co-worker of mine and she loved it! It's her first baby and she didn't have anything handmade so I had to put something together for her. I loved this fabric and it was half off at Jo-anns. I did have a lot of trouble with the satin blanket binding. I don't know if I will be trying that again anytime soon. Any suggestions on how to use that stuff?

Comments and/or criticism always welcome! Thanks for looking!

I can't give any advice on the satin binding, but the quilt looks amazing!  I love the colors and despite your trouble with the binding it looks good as well.

I envy anyone who can quilt!  I love love love quilts and I don't quilt!  You did a great job!  I would love to receive that when I had my babies! I would keep it forever!

Crocheting is like prostitution.  First you do it for love, and then for a few close friends, and then for money.  Maybe that is why they call us Hookers?

This is only your 2nd quilt!?!  Shocked wow- it's beautiful, I admire how well your lines met up. The satin edging is pretty- I have not tried that myself yet.
