I got this shirt for christmas and it just isn't my style.  I love the color, but the collar AND the sleeves together is just not my thing.  Not to mention it is plus plus size.  The sleeves are pretty  big on me anyway.  Any suggestions?

Hmmmm what about making it into a tank or something cute like that?  I would just remove the sleeves and the collar and take in the sides a bit Cheesy

i agree with Original4once, that would make an awesome hoodie! you could take in the sides a bit, add longer sleeves and keep the puffs, remove the collar and add a hood!  Grin

I think it would make an adorable crop vest.  =]

Take off the sleeves, widen the neck a bit, take it in on the sides and crop it off a bit at the bottom. If that makes any sense at all.  Huh

Yes! That is exactly what I was thinking! Tailor it to the waste, and mayhap do it backless.

Depends on your style....first thing I thought of was something Lolita/EGL-esque. Add corsety detail in the back, for making it fit better & it would just be cute. Bring the sleeves in till the fit better, add lace at the cuffs. Lace on the (faux?) pocket tops/flaps. Change the buttons.

Or you could change the collar, make it mandarin style. Change the buttons, more elastic in the sleeves to make them fit better. Add darts for better fit.

I agree the collar & sleeves are too much together....I also agree with ebbycat63 that those buttons have got to go.
