I had been asking my mom for a while to make me a scarf with pockets at the bottom. Yesterday (my birthday) my wish was granted. My mom crocheted this whole thing, then just flipped up the ends to make pockets. It keeps my hands warm plus I can just stick my CD player in there. Awesome.

Okay, just have to mention:  HAROLD AND MAUDE IS THE BEST MOVIE EVER MADE... Okay, well, maybe not the best, but it's up there!

that is a great scarf... you can use the pockets for kleenex, for your hands, for an orange... wow!  I was just thinking that someone could make a really cute appliqueed scarf with GLOVES as pockets... oooh!  Inspiration!

How nice!  I would also like to know what kind of stitch it is--it almost looks kinda bobbley.  And great yarn choice, too!
