Haha!  I can relate to the Spanish one!  I'm Japanese, Hawaiian and Caucasian, but somehow ended up looking very Hispanic.  Add into that the fact that my husband is Mexican-American, and well, everyone thinks I can speak Spanish and that if I don't, I should be ashamed of deserting my heritage!  (Trouble is that I don't know how to tell them that I'm not Hispanic, so we end up going in circles!)

Kimberly_star- I can totally sympathize with you. I am technically hispanic, native American, and Italian. But everyone thinks I am some sort of Asian. I even used to work at a Japanese restaurant and people would try to give me their order in Japanese. I even made a necklace that says "Guess again" because it was driving me crazy, everyone asking if I was Asian.
