I finally made my half-pipe hat from son of s&b.  It's just cheap acrylic, red heart super saver.  It didn't take me that long to make, maybe a day or two.  Finally put the brim in though, that took me a while to get too.  So...here's a picture =]

Sorry if it's hard to see in that picture, it was a little dark.

I used that plastic canvas stuff.  I guess that's what it's called.
