Ohh, I would love this as well!!

Do we have a theme to stick to or do we just put a heap of little things in a jar and then receive a jar of someone else's little things in return? I vote yes on plastic jars.

oooohh  ME ME ME!!! i wanna do this swap!!  i havent done a swap in a while because ive been so busy with classes and such... but this seems like a quick and easy one that i could take on.

i do have some organizing experience... but if you all are wanting to do this really soon then i probably cant... it would be too much to take on with my classes right now, but if you cant find an organizer and would rather wait until the beginning of may id be glad to organize this!!

It's kind of funny because I buy peanut butter in those big plastic jars and I've been saving them.  I was going to make a whimsy jar for all my nieces and nephews (of stuff they like) for Christmas.  I also have regular size peanut butter jars.

I think plastic would be better to send...then packaging isn't so much of an issue.

so maybe we should agree on a certian type of jar, and everyone use the same thing... like everyone send coffee cans(im guessing the smaller ones not the giant ones)... or everyone send peanutbutter jars

in fact i really like the peanut butter jar idea... its lightweight and im guessing the size of them are pretty standard all over the world...  and its fairly cheap

I would like to do this swap!  I am still a newbie and would have to wait until late April to participate.  I'll check back to see when this swap will start.

I love this idea!! I'll bookmark this thread until someone posts a link to the signups.

I really like the idea of using a peanut butter jar. Unless someone is allergic to peanuts but that could be worked out ahead of time.
