Needless to say, it was a first, all the seams are slightly wonky, my gathering sucks, but I learned from it. Made from two tees that my friend was going to give to the goodwill. It's really comfy to wear with tights and a tee along with my recon legwarmers. The red fabric is 100% organic hemp & chocolate Grin.
If anybody has advice on sewing jersey fabric, gathering, or general whatnot that would help me in the future, please share! I'd love to hear it.
Thanks for looking.

hi, nice dress, i might have to borrow the idea and make one for myself Smiley

if you have a look on the burda style website on the 'how to' section there is a really good tutorial on how to make gathers even.

It's really pretty! This is the sort of thing I love. Don't worry, I suck at gathering too and wonky seams are pretty much my trademark.

That's so cute! I love your legwarmers too. Did you knit them?
