it took i think the first post i said 3 skeins but it was really 4 of the angel hair yarn...and this is the one that took 3 hours!

i love it i finished it off with a black satin bow for closure in the front i may add a flower or button but i kind of like it this way too......

and this one i was trying to get a close up of the stitches but it did'nt work out well...

 Smiley enjoy
maybe you will get a sneaky peak of the second one after dinner!

Niiiiiiice!! The grey/bllack looks so soft and fluffy  Grin Gotta love a soft and fluffy shawl!  I like the satin ribbon closure, I was thinking of buying a HUGE button,I've seen some about 2" across in a local shop. I'm awake at an ungodly hour for Sunday (6am) so you might even get a finished pic of mine today.

you guys are totally making me want to crochet another one of these!

i made one for taloola back in november or so, though i used the one ball pattern (cause there are a couple half moon shawl patterns!).

i made hers as a "wish shawl" (my agnostic take on a prayer shawl) and it totally worked! it's a magic shawl!

I've been itching for a new shawl pattern...  After seeing this I immeadiately grabbed up my K hook and the huge ball of Rainbow Boucille in Berry.  I'll post progress pictures soon!

Thanks for starting this! Grin
