No real tips for working with the pattern, I didn't run into any confusing directions or anything.  Just watch your facing for the neckline, it is cut on the bias and may stretch really easily depending on your fabric (looking back, some bias tape probably would have worked just as well...). It was a nice respite from the patterns I have been doing recently that leave me staring blankly at the directions wondering what they are talking about.
But I definitely recommend the pattern, it turned out great (if I do say so myself) and it was really easy to make.

Nice! They both look great! I bought that pattern a few weeks ago and its just been sitting because I thought it would be too hard  Smiley But perhaps I should try it.

This is my faveorite post today, beautiful dress!  I love 1960's style myself and you've done the pattern justice.  Bravo!
