I finished this sweater last night:

This began life as the Purple Sweater which is a free design that can be found here: http://www.bluealvarez.com/bluealva/patterns/purplesweater.html

I changed the way the increases are done, as well as the waist shaping and sleeve length.  At this point, it is just a normal raglan sweater.   It took me 10 days to make, fits me perfectly and is now blocking on my freezer.

I used some Gray and Pink alpaca/wool/cotton blend yarn that a friend brought me back from Peru.  I got enough for about three sweaters and the whole thing only cost me $39.00.  Basically, this cost me a whopping $13 bucks to make.  Woohoo!

That's a really great fit.  Can you be more specific about your pattern mods?
