We are doing a Day of The Dead pre-bout party for my roller derby league on Sat.  I have sugar skull molds that I have made white chocolate skulls in and decorated them with icing.  I used the white candy melts from Michael's.

Two questions to make them better:
1. Gel icings never dried and the cookie icing sets are really too bulky.  Should I buy smaller tips for tube icings?

2. How do you make that white "chocolate" taste better without losing the whiteness??
